This is a band that plays songs from the Final Fantasy series - hardcore Japanese rockers. Notice the bloke with the moustache on the organ - that's Nobuo Uematsu... the composer.
Mind you, this particular number comes from a game that I refuse to play because the company (Squaresoft at the time) started making games for Sony. I dust off myself of the evil of that decision.
